Ingredients

  • 2 tsp of
    Matcha Imperial
  • 2 tsp of brown sugar (or light brown sugar)
  • 1 cup of milk (or plant-based milk such as almond or oat milk for a vegan version)
  • A handful of crushed ice (or coarsely broken ice cubes)

Preparation

  • Add the organic Matcha Latte powder to a shaker.
  • Add the milk, sugar, and then top with the crushed ice.
  • Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. This will give your frappé a nice foam.
