Suggestion of preparation

To prepare hot tea :

Steep 0.2 oz in 10 fl oz of water at 195°F during 4 minutes.

To prepare iced tea :

Steep 0.3 oz in 2 cups of room temperature water for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and place the drink in the refrigerator.
