Returns & Refunds
At Palais des Thes customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel unsatisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within 30 days of your order date.
- Please note we do not honor returns or refunds on any tea products, however we do honor returns for quality issues and for unused accessories.
- At this time we are only able to honor returns on domestic orders shipping within the continental U.S.
- Please note that outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges at this time.
Note that all returns submitted for refunds are subject to a return fee of USD $10.00 per order. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Returns made due to receiving a damaged or incorrect item are excluded from the return fee.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
