To prepare hot tea:
With the tasting set: steep 4 minutes in filtered water at 195°F / 90°C.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g / 0.3oz of tea in 1 cup of hot milk and 1 cup of 195°F / 90°C filtered water for 5 minutes.
