Suggestion of preparation
To prepare hot tea:
With the tasting set: steep 4 minutes in filtered water at 195°F / 90°C.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g / 0.3oz of tea in 1 cup of hot milk and 1 cup of 195°F / 90°C filtered water for 5 minutes.

A pretty light black tea. Very gentle. I prefer them stronger so this one's not really for me, but I can see why someone would like it and I'm glad I tried it.

For Christmas I ordered the Advent Calendar of Tea. Each day before Christmas I opened the secret door which revealed a quote in French and English, and a packet of tea. The tea choices ranged from black teas to green teas to herbal teas, some familiar, most undiscovered. It was a delight to savor new blends of black tea, my favorite, especially the rich flavor of Saint James O.P., and the delicate flavors within Tea des Amants, Lovers Tea. I ordered the teas I especially enjoyed and shared some packets with friends. The herbal teas are becoming my gentle friends I turn to before retiring to sleep.
