Ingredients
- 3 XL iced tea pouches (24g) of
- 2 cups (50cl) of filtered water
- 2/3 cups (150g) of apricot sorbet
- ½ lime
- ½ vanilla bean
- A blender
- A pitcher or two glasses
Preparation
1. L'infusion
- Steep 3 XL iced tea pouches (24g) of in 2 cups of water at room temperature for 45 minutes.
2.The cocktail (for a pitcher or two large glasses)
- Squeeze the juice of half a lime.
- Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp using a small knife.
- In a blender, combine the Icy Peach infusion, apricot sorbet, vanilla pulp, and lime juice. Blend on high for 15 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into two glasses, and it's ready to serve.
Serving Tips
Garnish your glass with a lime wedge or a few lime slices.
