Tiki Shake

Ingredients

  • 3 XL iced tea pouches (24g) of Icy Peach Iced Tea (Organic)
  • 2 cups (50cl) of filtered water
  • 2/3 cups (150g) of apricot sorbet
  • ½ lime
  • ½ vanilla bean
Essential Equipment:
  • A blender
  • A pitcher or two glasses

Preparation

2.The cocktail (for a pitcher or two large glasses)

  • Squeeze the juice of half a lime.
  • Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the pulp using a small knife.
  • In a blender, combine the Icy Peach infusion, apricot sorbet, vanilla pulp, and lime juice. Blend on high for 15 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into two glasses, and it's ready to serve.

Serving Tips

Garnish your glass with a lime wedge or a few lime slices.
