Suggestion of preparation
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 0.28 oz (8g) of tea in 2 cups of room temperature water for 45 minutes. When the infusion is finished, place the liquor in the refrigerator to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 0.28 oz (8g) of tea in 2 cups of filtered water for 5 minutes at 200°F (95°C).
