Matcha latte

Matcha latte

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped teaspoons
    (or 4-6 spatulas)
  • 0.8 cups (20 cl) of very cold milk
  • A few ice cubes

Preparation

  • Place the powdered in a large bowl along with a tiny amount of water heated to 70°C/160°F (approximately 2 tablespoons water). Hold the bowl in one hand, with the other, beat the mixture sharply with a whisk.
  • Add the cold milk and whisk again until you obtain a smooth foam. For a thicker foam, use the electric Matcha whisk .
  • Sweeten to taste.
  • Divide the ice cubes between 2 large mugs and pour in Matcha latte.

Serving suggestion

You can also use soya or almond milk – it's delicious!
