This tea is harvested from a family-run plantation in Mirik, near the Nepalese border, where tea bushes grow at elevations ranging from 600 to 2,200 meters. The garden cultivates clonal varieties Tukdah 78 and Ambari Vegetative 2, known for their aromatic finesse.
This refined first flush Darjeeling offers a full-bodied liquor with floral and citrus notes, unfolding into delicate hints of almond and vanilla.
Harvested in spring 2025, this tea captures the vibrant character of the new season’s leaves.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 0.3 oz (8g) in 17 fl oz (50cl) of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
