Suggestion of preparation

To prepare hot tea :

Steep 0,2oz in 30 cl of water at 170°F during 3 minutes.

To prepare iced tea :

Steep 0,5oz per 1L water and infuse Thé des Alizés at room temperature for 30 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
