Sahara Tea is a fruity green tea created by Palais des Thés that was inspired by a trip to Morocco. It is flavored with the famous Damas rose, grown on the slopes of the Atlas mountains, and exotic fruits - mango, yellow peach, and citrus fruits - giving it the distinct flavor of a petal jelly.
Sahara Tea is a fresh and sensual tea that can be enjoyed hot or iced.
Suggestion of preparation
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 0.2oz (6g) of tea in 10oz (30cl) of filtered water for 3' minutes at 170°F (75°C).
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 0.5oz (15g) of tea in 4 cups of room temperature water for 30 minutes. When the infusion is finished, place the liquor in the refrigerator to cool.
