Suggestion of preparation
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 0.2oz (6g) of tea in 10oz (30cl) of filtered water for 3' minutes at 170°F (75°C).
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 0.5oz (15g) of tea in 4 cups of room temperature water for 30 minutes. When the infusion is finished, place the liquor in the refrigerator to cool.
