Description
This tea is produced in China's Yunnan region. It is a shu pu erh, which undergoes an accelerated fermentation process. The leaves are compressed into miniature bird's nests, known as Tuo Cha in Chinese.
A sweet shu pu erh that reveals woody, vanilla, earthy, and humus fragrances against a smooth texture.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F (90°C).
