Description
Le Temps Retrouvé is a delicate blend of Yunnan black tea (China) with honey and woody notes and roasted green tea Bancha Hojicha (Japan), which provides a gourmet veil due to its roasted notes. This tea is inspired by Marcel Proust's famous literary episode: In Search of Lost Time, in which the author is immediately transported to his past with a sip of tea mixed with a piece of cake.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F (90°C).
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 0.28 oz (8g) in 17 fl oz (50cl) of water at room temperature 1h. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
