This genmaicha, made from organic produce in Shizuoka, is a traditional blend of sencha and toasted rice. It can be enjoyed hot or as an iced tea.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 3 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
Also delicious iced:
steep 10g/0.4OZ in 50cl of water at room temperature 30min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
It goes perfectly with fresh pasta.
