To prepare hot tea:
Steep 6g in 30cl of filtered water at 95°C (200°F) for 4min.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 8g in a mixture of 25cl of water at 85°C and 25cl of hot milk for 5min.

Excellent tea. Great flavor and balance. The loose leaves make this tea more versatile in the amounts of tea you would like to make, but does make it less easy when making a single cup.
