It was good, but not a go to.

Three strikes and you're out. This was my third tea purchased from Palais des Thes, and while, for some reason, I expected this to be a better quality tea than those I ordered before, it was completely a bust. Indian teas have a particular astringent quality, and the Darjeelings add a slight sweetness to that character. HOWEVER, what I got in the bag can only be described as nondescript, stale, with no flavor or nuance that would tell me I'm drinking a good Darjeeling. Aside from the lack of taste, the tea had a watery mouthfeel, much like the others I've purchased from this company, and if I wanted water, I would have drunk water. You've effectively lost a customer, and I would definitely NOT recommend anyone purchase products from this site.
