Since colonial times, the English have made tea blends (Darjeeling, Indonesia, and Ceylon) with different proportions according on the time of day: teas with stronger body in the morning and lighter ones in the afternoon. In keeping with this history, Le Palais des Thés has prepared mixes with varying balances for different times of the day.
A robust breakfast blend of broken teas from Darjeeling, Indonesia, and Ceylon.
You can also add a splash of milk.
