Suggestion of preparation
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 12.5g / 0.45oz of tea in 50cl / 17oz room temperature water for 60 minutes. When the infusion is finished, place the liquor in the refrigerator to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 6g / 0.2oz of tea in 30cl / 10 fl oz filtered water for 4-7 minutes at 90°C / 195°F.
