Exclusive to Palais des Thés, Blue Mountain is a gourmet, fruity blend. Its strawberry notes, reminiscent of rhubarb, pair beautifully with the intensity of black tea.
An ideal tea for an afternoon tea break, it has a very round texture which brings out its gourmet flavors.
It also tastes great as an iced tea!
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 1 tbsp of tea leaves in 1¼ cups of water at 195°F for 4 minutes.
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 2 tbsp of tea leaves in 4 cups of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then remove the leaves and refrigerate.
To prepare latte tea:
Steep 1 tbsp in a mixture of 1 cup in 200° water and 1 cup of hot milk. Let steep for 5 minutes.
Black tea (India, Africa) (95%), flavors (including strawberry) (4%), cornflower (1%).

I tried this tea at a teahouse with a friend and just had to find where to get some for myself. I am usually not a fan of fruity teas but this one has such a deep flavor that just can't be beat. Can tell the tea leaves are high quality as the flavor reflects that.
