Description
This Grand Cru is made in the Chiang Mai province of Thailand, harvested at 1,000 meters above sea level in Mae Shae. The tea is produced from both sinensis and assamica tea plants.
A fresh and sharp Mao Cha, featuring a rich aromatic bouquet with mineral, apricot, and vegetal notes, complemented by a finely astringent texture.
