An ideal format for iced tea carafes
For the summer season, Palais des Thés offers this tea in a limited edition format ideal for preparing iced tea: the berlingot. Each of the four XL tea bags contained in a berlingot makes 50 cl / 17oz of hot or cold beverage!
Suggestion of preparation
To prepare iced tea:
Infuse one XL tea bag in 50cl / 17oz of room temperature water for 60 minutes. When the infusion is finished, place the liquor in the refrigerator to cool.
To prepare hot tea:
Infuse one XL tea bag in 50cl / 17oz of filtered water for 4 minutes at 80°C / 175°F.

I just tried these teas for the first time and I really love this brand! The selection is excellent and I've enjoyed trying a variety of black & green teas.
