Description
This is a unique Batabatacha. Unlike the Batabatacha from Toyama, the Itoigawa variety is not a fermented tea. It consists of 40% classic Bancha, 40% Chamaecrista, and 20% Daizu (soybean), making it a very rare tea!
This tea reveals intense toasted notes, along with hints of coffee bean, cereal, and strong licorice, all enhanced by a powerful sweet flavor.
