China organic green tea scented with jasmine. From the Dao Ren farm in Zhejiang province. Organic jasmine and an excellent organic green tea combine beautifully to produce this wonderful tea with an intoxicating aroma. To ensure the infusion is not bitter, all the flowers have been removed by hand.

Jasmine flavor comes out much better if it is brewed at a little bit lower temp than recommended. I'm at high altitude, though, so not super sure how that affects it.
