This summer, quench your thirst with a delicious alcohol-free creation with hints of coconut and pineapple.
A lightly caffeinated mocktail that is as refreshing as it is exotic, perfect for sipping at any time of the day or evening!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (3 g) of
- ½ Cup (120 ml) of Filtered water
- 1 fl oz. (40 ml) of Coconut water
- 1.5 tsp (10 ml) of Agave nectar
- Lime
- Tonic water
Preparation
1. The infusion
- Infuse 1 tbsp (3 g) of in half a cup (120 ml) of room temperature water for one hour.
- Strain and set aside.
2.The Mocktail (for a tall glass)
- Pour the Tropicolada infusion into a tall glass, then add coconut water, agave nectar, and a splash of lime juice.
- Top off the mocktail with tonic water until the glass is completely filled.
