Ingredients
- 0.2 oz of tea
- 30 cl of spring water
- 30 cl of champagne
- 2.5 cl of peach liqueur
Preparation
- Infuse the for 3 minutes in boiling water
- Filter the leaves and cool the liqueur before placing in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Pour the tea and peach liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously
- Fill champagne flute half way and top off with chilled champagne
