Suggestion of preparation
How to prepare this infusion hot: Infuse 15g in 1L of water at 85°C for 4 min.
How to prepare this infusion iced: Infuse 20g in 1L of water at room temperature for 45 hour. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.

This may be one of my favorite teas I have ever tried. The berry brings an incredible flavor and I reach for this tea again and again. Please always make this tea!

This is my favorite herbal tea blend. Its flavors are bold but also subtle and nuanced. The use of elderberries is also great in these times as it is an antiviral.
