This tea is good, but not quite as good as ones that my mother-in-law would bring me from China. Maybe I need to steep it in the way that my husband's family did, with an initial short steeping, followed by two progressively longer steepings, always watching the color and general sense of when it was done, rather than a timer. When I followed the instructions, it was okay, but not as smooth and delicious as I was hoping.
