Description
This smoked tea comes from Kangra in northwestern India. It is made from the sinensis variety tea plants. After undergoing the usual steps to make black tea, it is smoked with pine wood.
A velvety and sweet black tea with a slight acidity. Its intensely smoked and woody notes are enhanced by vegetal and camphoric nuances.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F (75°C) for 4 minutes.
