The ingredients
Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum)
This plant from the Polygonaceae family is grown in harsh climates such as Brittany in France. Its seeds are eaten as is, roasted, or ground into flour to make galettes. Its roasted hazelnut notes are especially appreciated in pastries!
Rice (Oryza sativa)
A staple food in many cultures, rice comes in a thousand varieties, shapes, and colors, from the south of France to Japan and Italy. Steamed, used as flour, or even puffed, rice is perfect for any culinary use — and delicious when infused!
Cocoa (Theobroma cacao)
Grown for over 5,000 years in Latin America, cocoa only reached Europe in the 15th century. Aromatic and bitter, it becomes seductive when enhanced with sugar. Today, both cocoa and chocolate are gourmet essentials, enjoyed in drinks or baked into pastries.
Almond (Prunus dulcis)

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this infusion warm:
In a tasting set or teapot: immerse 0.28 oz (8 g) of infusion in 2 cups (50 cl) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes.
Prepare this infusion iced:
In a teapot or carafe: immerse 0.28 oz (8 g) of infusion in 2 cups (50 cl) of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Filter and store in a cool place.
Prepare this infusion latte:
In a large mug: heat 1.3 cups (30 cl) of rice or cow milk, then immerse 0.28 oz (8 g) of infusion for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity chosen. Filter and froth.
