See above explanation about inconsistencies in flavor which can be smelled and tasted from batch to batch in my last several orders over the course of several months.

I have already talked with customer service a few months ago. They were very kind and asked for the batch numbers and gave me a $10 credit on my account (even though I ended up throwing away multiple pouches of tea due to quality). But the inconsistencies have persisted in newer orders as well and in different batch numbers. So I am assuming it’s a bigger problem and not an isolated situation.
