1. What is your return and refund policy?

At Palais des Thes customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel unsatisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us within 30 days of your order date.

  • Please note we do not honor returns or refunds on any tea products, however we do honor returns for quality issues and for unused accessories.
  • At this time we are only able to honor returns on domestic orders shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Please note that outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
2. Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges at this time.

3. How much does it cost to return an item?

Note that all returns submitted for refunds are subject to a return fee of USD $10.00 per order. The return fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Returns made due to receiving a damaged or incorrect item are excluded from the return fee.

4. Can I return sale items?

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

5. What do I do if part of my order is missing or if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

Please email us at info@us.palaisdesthes.com as soon as you receive your order and our customer service team will look into this for you.

6. I changed my mind, I don’t want my order anymore

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns based on matters of taste. If you would like to return an item, please see questions 1 and 2.

7. How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 30 days for us to process your return upon receipt.

8. What if my order was guaranteed to arrive by a certain date but didn’t arrive on time?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your order didn’t arrive on time, you have the option to return it for a full refund at no cost. Alternatively, if you wish to keep the package, we’d be happy to offer you a store credit of 15% of your order value. Please contact our customer service team at info@us.palaisdesthes.com within 5 days of receiving your order and provide your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

9. What happens if I placed my order right before a sale starts?

If an order is placed within 24hrs of the beginning of a sale, we will honor the sale price on any applicable items. Orders placed more than 24hrs before the beginning are final, and will not be edited.
