Description
This roasted buckwheat herbal tea takes inspiration from a traditional Japanese beverage, sobacha. It is caffeine-free, and is perfect at any time of day. Buckwheat, or soba in Japanese, is roasted until it takes on a golden hue, developing flavors reminiscent of roasted sesame seeds, with hints of hazelnut.
In Japan, sobacha is particularly appreciated for its thirst-quenching properties. It can be found in many restaurants, where it is enjoyed both hot and cold. It's an ideal drink for the whole family, and a great accompaniment to meals.
