Suggestion of preparation
How to prepare this infusion hot:
Infuse 8g (0.3OZ) of Childhood garden in 50cl of filtered water at 90°C (195°F) for 4-5 min.
How to prepare this infusion iced:
Infuse 15g of Childhood garden in 50cl of filtered water at room temperature for 1 hour. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
Option: use L’Infuseur following the « quick iced tea » method (see L’Infuseur guide).
