Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this infusion warm:
In a tasting set or teapot: immerse 0.35 oz (10 g) of infusion in 2 cups (50 cl) of water at 194°F (90°C) for 5 minutes.
Prepare this infusion iced:
In a teapot or carafe: immerse 0.28 oz (8 g) of infusion in 2 cups (50 cl) of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Filter and store in a cool place.
Prepare this infusion latte:
In a large mug: heat 1.3 cups (30 cl) of coconut or cow's milk, then immerse 0.28 oz (8 g) of infusion for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity chosen. Filter and froth.
