Ingredients

  • 1.7 fl.oz Chai Imperial
  • 1 fl.oz Rum Mount Gay
  • 0.4 fl.oz Mapple Syrup
  • 0.5 fl.oz Grand Marnier
  • 0.4 oz crème fraîche

Preparation

  • Place 6 teaspoons of Chai Imperial in a carafe with 25 fl.oz filtered hot water
  • Let the tea infuse 20 minutes, remove the filter with the tea leaves and leave the infusion in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours
  • Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, double strain in a Glass (place your regular strainer in or on the cocktail shaker and hold a fine mesh strainer by its handle over your glass)

Serving suggestion

Serve the cocktail in an elongated glass, add a cinnamon stick as a garnish on top of the cocktail for decoration (Small twist: you can use Bourbon instead of Rum).
