How to prepare this infusion hot:
- Measure 10g (0.35oz) of Forest Garden.
- Boil 50cl (16.9 fl oz) of filtered water and let it cool to 90°C (195°F).
- Add the measured Forest Garden blend to the hot water.
- Allow the infusion to steep for 4 minutes.
- Strain and enjoy the aromatic delight of Forest Garden.
How to prepare this infusion iced:
- Measure 15g (0.53oz) of Forest Garden.
- Pour 50cl (16.9 fl oz) of filtered water at room temperature over the measured blend.
- Let the infusion sit for 1 hour to extract the flavors thoroughly.
- Once ready, refrigerate the liquor to chill.

I bought this tea specifically from here because I had a tea a long time ago and was never able to find it again. This is the closest I’ve ever been able to find of that tea and I’m glad I was able to find something so close to what I had before.
