We have selected whole leaf lemon verbena, harvested in the southern region of Portugal, in the Algarve. Particularly appreciated for its fresh and zesty notes, lemon verbena leaf infusion is known to facilitate falling asleep.

Suggestion of preparation
To make hot infusion:
- Temperature: 90°C - 195°F- Quantity:
about 1,5 g for a 30cL mug
about 5 g for 1L of water
- Infusion time: 5 minTo make 1L of iced infusion:
- Quantity: 5 g for 1L of water
- Infuse at room temperature for 1h. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
