Description
Palais des Thés has chosen whole-leaf lemon verbena from the Algarve region of southern Portugal. Lemon verbena herbal tea is known for making it easier to fall asleep due to its fresh and zesty tones.
Suggestion of preparation
To make hot infusion:
- Temperature: 90°C - 195°F- Quantity:
about 1,5 g for a 30cL mug
about 5 g for 1L of water
- Infusion time: 5 minTo make 1L of iced infusion:
- Quantity: 5 g for 1L of water
- Infuse at room temperature for 1h. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
