These silver needles are harvested in Zambezia, Mozambique. This region, which began producing tea recently, is home to many talented growers. This Grand Cru consists entirely of downy buds and is produced similarly to the renowned Chinese white tea Yin Zhen.
This white tea from Mozambique develops powerful floral notes that evoke the tiare flower, enhanced by a velvety texture.
This tea is organically grown and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent control organization.

To prepare hot tea:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 7 minutes in water heated to 185°F (85°C).
With the Gong Fu Cha : infusions during 30-40 seconds.
