Description
This Grand Cru is made by Mr. Avto, using the same method as a Chinese Bai Mu Dan. Its leaves are hand-picked and left to dry for a long time, which helps retain their delicate properties. Bai Mu Dan means "white peony".
A fresh and elegant Georgian Bai Mu Dan, which reveals floral and vegetal notes that develop against a smooth texture.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 8 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
