5 to 6 glasses Alcohol-free
- 3 tbsp (15g)
- 17 fl. oz. (0.5L) of filtered water
- 1 well ripened mango
- 4 tbsp honey
- 10 ice cubes
- Requires a blender
- Add 15g of to ½ litre of filtered water.
- Leave to infuse in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Remove the infused leaves.
- In a blender, combine the ½ litre of infusion with the mango, honey and ice cubes.
Serve in attractive cocktail glasses decorated with a small fruit skewer. A delicious alcohol-free cocktail, ideal for an evening with friends.
