Lassi with Garden of Eden
6 glasses Alcohol-free
- 1.5 tablespoons
- 2 cups water
- 2 small pots natural yoghurt
- 12 (or 11 ounces) frozen apricots
- 5 tablespoons white sugar
- Requires a blender
- Add 1.5 tablespoons to 2 cups water and leave to infuse in the fridge for 4 hours.
- Remove the infused leaves.
- Add the 2 cups infused to a blender, along with all the other ingredients.
- Blend until the liquid is smooth.
Pour into large clear glasses. Delicious accompanied by a slice of sponge cake at teatime!
