Champagne with The du Hammam

Serves 5 Cocktail with alcohol

Champagne au Thé du Hammam


  • 0.2 oz of The du Hammam tea
  • 30 cl of spring water
  • 30 cl of champagne
  • 2.5 cl of peach liqueur


  • Infuse the The du Hammam for 3 minutes in boiling water
  • Filter the leaves and cool the liqueur before placing in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • Pour the tea and peach liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously
  • Fill champagne flute half way and top off with chilled champagne
