With the tasting set or the teapot: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F (85°C).
Prepare rooibos latte:
Steep 0.3 oz (8 g) in a mixture of 8.5 fl oz (25 cl) of water at 95°C (200°F) and 8.5 fl oz (25 cl) of hot milk for 5 minutes.
