Description
This tea was made in Moc Chau and its production method was inspired by Phoenix oolong tea from Guangdong (dan cong). Its roasted black leaves bring to mind the body of a dragon, which comes to life in contact with hot water. It is made from the jin xuan cultivar.
This fiery oolong reveals intense roasted and stewed dark berry notes. These notes become supple and powerful as they develop against a powdered texture.
