To prepare hot tea: Steep 0,2oz (6g) in 30cl of filtered water at 175°F (80°C) for 3min.
How to prepare iced tea : Quantity: 0.53 oz (15 g) for 34 fl oz (1L) of water Infuse at room temperature for 30 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
