Description
Kabuse Tsuyuhikari tea is a shaded tea: 10 days before harvest, the tea plants are covered to block out light. This lack of light allows the leaves to accumulate theanine, resulting in a rich array of fragrances and a savory umami flavor.
This first flush organic sencha showcases intense vegetal, sea salt, and buttery notes, complemented by a silky texture and a delicate umami taste.
