Description
This Grand Cru is harvested in Panchthar, Nepal, from the Kalapani plantation, which Palais des Thés recently helped to obtain organic certification. Its name, Junkiri, means “firefly” in Nepalese, a poetic reference to the tea's golden buds.
An autumn black tea with honeyed, rose, and maple syrup notes, supported by a smooth texture. An indulgent Grand Cru.

Suggestion of preparation
To prepare hot tea:
With the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F (85°C).
With the Gong Fu Cha : infusions during 30-40 seconds.To prepare iced tea:
In a teapot or a carafe: Steep 0.3 oz (8 g) in 17 fl oz (50 cl) of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
