It is ideal in the morning and is recommended to aid concentration because it is both smooth and stimulating. It also contains a lot of antioxidants!
Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 2' minutes in water heated to 170°F.
To prepare iced tea:
Steep 20g in 1L of water at room temperature 30min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
Tea and dishes message
Sencha Ariake goes very well with grilled fish such as red mullet, sea bream, sea bass and salmon, as well as shellfish such as prawns, scallops and clams. For those with a sweet tooth, Sencha Ariake is ideal served with red fruit in a mousse or sorbet.
