Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the Tea Sommelier set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

In a teapot or carafe: infuse 0.6 oz / 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
