This spring Grand Cru originates from Darjeeling, harvested in the Namring tea estate plantations in the Teesta Valley. Situated 1,400 meters above sea level, this 475-hectare estate is one of the region's largest.
A spring Darjeeling that unveils potent almond and toasted notes, complemented by a finely powdered texture that extends its fragrances into a lingering finish.
With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
Grands Crus: savour the exceptional
